Certifications
The quality of Prec-Tech’s products is assured by international certifications given by globally-known institutions with the goal of serving its clients’ needs.
ISO 14001:2015
Prec-Tech implemented the ISO 14001:2015 standard to manage and improve its environmental performance, identifying and evaluating impacts, establishing objectives and goals, implementing controls and monitoring environmental performance. Adopting the standard helps the company to comply with legal and regulatory requirements and demonstrate commitment to environmental sustainability to its customers and business partners. Prec-Tech seeks to continuously improve its environmental management system and protect the environment.
ISO 45001:2018
Prec-Tech adopted the ISO 45001:2018 standard to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for its employees. The implementation of the standard allowed the adoption of an occupational health and safety management system, the identification and assessment of risks, the definition of objectives and goals and the implementation of controls. The standard also helps the company comply with legal and regulatory requirements and demonstrates its commitment to occupational health and safety. Prec-Tech is committed to the continuous improvement of the occupational health and safety management system and the well-being of its employees.
CRC – Petrobras
The certificate of cadastral registration (CRC) is issued to suppliers that fill one of more criteria (Technical, Technical-SMS, Economic and Legal) of the family of interests from Petrobras.
API Q1 10º Edição - Q1-3803
Prec-Tech, through American Institute of Petroleum certifications and licenses (API and APIQR), demonstrates it has a globally-accepted quality management system, which is also compatible with Spec API Q1, a top-tier quality management pattern. API Spec Q1 meets all ISO 9001 requirements, as well as specific requirements for the petroleum and natural gas sectors.
API 20E - 20E-0051

ISO 9001:2015 - API
The norm ISO 9001 sets out criteria for a quality management system when an organization needs to prove its capacity to consistently provide products and services that meet the customers, and statutory and regulatory requirements, as well as aim for client satisfaction through effective system application, including processes for improvement and conformity with clients’ needs.
ISO 9001:2015 - ICV
Aiming at the qualification of its full scope of products and services and attending clients’ necessities, Prec-Tech certified its full quality management system according to the norm ISO 9001:2015 with the certifying agency ICV with a focus on the area of project, manufacturing and commercialization of special parts for the national and international industry.
API 20F - 20F-0030

Integrated Management System Policy
Offer solutions in the manufacture, sale and provision of services for fasteners, special parts and tools, which meet the needs and expectations of our customers, seeking the development of new technologies and maintaining Prec-Tech’s profitability.

Quality assurance
After over 15 years since the implementation of ISO 9001, Prec-Tech is still seeking challenging targets for continuous improvement to meet the requirements for product excellence. It is not enough to measure and monitor, we have to constantly train our employees, invest in new facilities, modern equipment and machines, and then offer our customers a product with the latest technology available.
Our ERP System coupled with APS tools and bar code system, which in addition to the identification of the product, ensure traceability and controls the entire flow of the entire production process in real time, tracking the operators, the order of production, operations, machines and measuring instruments with their calibrations. The data is stored in our database and will become part of the Certificate of Quality.
Prec-Tech believes that focusing on quality today, and growing the company, is the best defense against competition, and gain customer loyalty tomorrow.
Quality Control
Aside from the ISO 9001 certification, which measures quality assurance management, Prec-Tech continues to constantly train our employees and invest in high-technology equipment and machines to best serve our customers. Our structure includes an internal high precision analysis laboratory with tridimensional measurement equipment, durometers certified by Inmetro and gauges certified according to ASME B1.2:1983 and ISO 1502 to ensure the quality of its products.
